How our Free Estimates work: Quite often I can save you time and money by giving you a estimate over the phone. The purpose of this qualifying call is to find out some details of your project, what your vision is, your timeframe, budget and the most important aspect of the project.

This is a great time to get to know each other, build up trust, limit the stress and to see if we will be a good fit to work together on your remodel project.

Depending on the size of your project, a 10 to 15 minute conversation over the phone may be all I need to give you a estimate.  I most likely will ask you to send over photos for extra details. Most of the time I can have your estimate back within 24 to 48 hours depending how in-depth the home improvement job is.

On larger projects with a number of details we will have to schedule a Paid In Home Consultations to get you the most accurate estimate as possible.

In Home Consultations                       

Advantages of an In Home Consultation:  It gives us a chance to meet Face to Face so I can understand the most important aspect of your vision first hand.  Is it curb appeal?  A practical use of a space?  Whatever the problem is I’m here to help.

Small Jobs In-Home Consultation Fee is $45

Small jobs examples would be Hanging Molding, Installing Wood fencing, To-Do-Lists and Painting.

Larger Projects In-Home Consultation Fee is $75

Large jobs examples would be Interior Rooms, Patching a leaking roof and Bathroom remodels.

 

Service Fees

There is a minimum $130 fee for a service call. Maybe you have some light bulbs to be changed.  It would be in our best interest for you to have me fix a few other little jobs around the house at the same time.

LUMMI ISLAND : Extra $100 service fee for ferry and travel time.
